I understand that any bursary is awarded on the condition that I provide a write-up (maximum 300 words) about the project which is sent to the ETVF bursary officer within two weeks of the end of the course.

I understand that in all matters the decision of the ESTA Bursary Committee is final.
I confirm that all the necessary safeguarding and risk assessment procedures are in place for my project.
I confirm that I have public liability insurance for the duration of the project (please note that should your membership lapse during the project you will not have this cover from ESTA UK).
