for a child to attend a Chamber Music Course

Please do not submit this form until you have read all the details about the criteria for a bursary. If you are a viola player and unsure whether to apply to the JDCMF or the ESTA Tertis Viola Fund (ETVF), please make the application to the ETVF. If the EBC feels it can better help you from the JDCMF it will move the application to that fund on your behalf. Please do not apply to both funds.

This statement needs to relate to the child’s aptitude and enthusiasm and how the teacher feels attending this chamber music course will benefit the student. If the teacher is emailing the statement directly you must ensure they understands that if this is received after the deadline it may have an adverse effect on this application.
