Open String Samba

Open String Samba is published for violin and cello but it is equally suitable for viola and double bass. Indeed it was written for the Tower Hamlets String Teaching Project.

All on open strings there are lots of string crossings to get elbows moving. The piano part gives the Samba feel.

The piano part is quite hard and can be purchased separately.
